Management the largest shareholder? Who else?

Management the largest shareholder? Who else? With no suprise, the  new CEO, Paul McGuigan has the largest disclosed share position...

Has Paul ever found or built a mine? Has ever served as a CEO of a publicly traded company? I cannot find a single record of any of the above.

If the share price is the measure of his performance, its time for a switch up.

Who is James Ross? he doesnt appear to have made any contribution to the company and has more than Stephen Pearce who was the CFO for many years.

Former directors, or directors turned advisors and officers most certainly have or had relevant positions, can you simply become a non-director and sell your shares without filing insider reports in Canada? What is the company policy on this? What is the Toronto Stock Exchange and Canadian Securities Law policy on this?

Regulations and securities laws typically require directors of public companies to disclose their share transactions, even if they resign as directors. There might be specific timeframes or reporting requirements governing such transactions to ensure transparency and prevent insider trading.

It will be most interesting to find out how many shares were sold and at what price, by former directors and officers, as well as how they were acquired.
