Its an important time with lots of money at risk by shareholders. We all have a say and vote. Its now up to the company to present facts to convince shareholders that this proposal is in the best interest of shareholders. 

 Don't think you're going to tell me or anyone else to move on are you ? Its a free open discussion board and it will remain that way..  Period Dot.
