Chairmam Paul Gaynor's past may discourage M&A targets

Chairmam Paul Gaynor's past may discourage M&A targets According to current  and past employees and partners the CISC chairman Paul Gaynor has a very unflattering reputation of  rug pulls and  broken promises.   If any new M&A targets reach out to these people for an opiniom I fear they would get cold feet.  Why would we want someone like this  leading a roll up company?  I guess the concerned shareholders have contemplated the same and chose to replace him.
