Are they blowing smoke?

Are they blowing smoke?I was reading up on graphite demand.
According to Macquarie, natural graphite is expected to be in deficite beginning this year.
A different investor news outlet is suggesting that one million tons of anode material will be required by U.S. battery manufacturers alone. That would supposedly result in a 23 billion dollar market.
If these predictions materialize, then Syrah could be to natural graphite and annode material what ALB is to lithium and its dowstream products.
That would make SYAAF the buy of the decade. Trouble is that a lot of these predictions never come true.
