RE:RE:ArticleWhat prompted me to come up with a story was that I have been curious as to why the Endeavour Board handled this the way they did. The accounting 'error' that he was accused of, and admitted to, did not seem to be a firing offense, and for sure not in the dramatic way he was fired.
And Endeavour had seemingly dealt with the employee complaints re their treatment by the CEO. And again if it was nothing too serious, then firing , in a dramatic and sudden way, would seem not normal procedure. My worry was then that there might be another 'Hammer to Fall' or 'The Other Shoe to Fall' . So my 'story' then , which seems plausible to me, if accurate, would mean that the story is finished, no more falling hammers, or shoes, to worry about.
Might take a little more time for confidence to return to Endeavour, but when it does there seems to be no reason we shouldn't return to the previous share price - higher if gold continues to shine. In some ways confidence in Endeavour might even be higher, for those in the know, with a possibly , now, more solid and experienced CEO. And a final, somewhat different , 'story' could be that Blackrock, or other big holders, decided that the former CEO had to go, and now. And that story would also mean that there will be nothing more to this story.
