Since BNN's pullout Ceapro has gone from over $2PLUS to its present position of penny stock territory. Yes, and according to proph this is the lowlife who will bring Ceapro to the top. He has had almost 7 years since BNN has pulled out and has done absolutely nothing to bring shareholder value.
I can see why gagnon does not want outside help, that would require himm to be accountable and prove he is capable, this is not something he wants, it is not capable with his ego.
