I see .. so instead of using 250,000 a year dollars to strategize a campaign.. 

let's just give it all to one guy to take home..cuz that's being a leader..

and of course that guy.. who happens to be responsible for the marketing decisions accepts it because ... why wouldn't he put himself first before millions of shares and shareholders..

ahhh I see how that makes everything just fine..
