Follow thi link to the bcsc website and read all about their mandate, mission, values etc. it'll drive you crazy trying to figure out why they do absolutely nothing about Fancamp and dozens of others that mock them with impunity. Not even their political masters seem to give a rats patootie about what they do, partly because unlike the rest of government, the BCSC is not taxpayer funded. Their budget is covered by their fees. The more you explore what they are, the worse it gets.
