Well whatever it is some buying 900000 share and that if insider information we should all know as material to company and the management should be held to account. That was problem from beginning lies about the chip be indoor and then tape out is ready... but the company is from Ottawa so no accountability there ? 


Shareholders should be upset because mangmemt is not transparent.
