Reggie, I can't see how they can do another raise given the stock price and performance. Too risky to even short a bought deal, as a hedge.

As far as the audit, the auditors have had more than enough time, to rebuild the whole year of transactions for RHT. No audit takes this long. Going Concern problem??

Probably in my opinion.
