There's enough gold to build a mine now, who cares about the drill results. We need the environmental permits and then we can get this train rolling. Smash holes wherever you want once you get some cash flowing.

Even if or when they get the permits.  No one will lend them $400 million to build the mine.  They have to have some equity, or skin in the game.  Perhaps if they have $200 million, they could borrow the other $200 million.  But they would need someone to give them the $200 million for some sort of equity.  And the suppliers of that money, would end up being responsible for loan as well.  I don't see how these guys can make it work.
