The market is effectively ascribing zero dollars to the PNG business. Maybe market participants think HWO's glory days in PNG are behind them or that the business unit will be stolen out from under shareholders.

The FID will come one way or another in 2024 as will Managements plan for the re-org.

I would like to think that HWO's tenure in PNG will drive meaningful business even if the rig utilization is lower than historical cycles.
