Effectively, given that the proposed takeover of CEAPRO was with paper instead of real money, the takeover proposal for the valuation of CEAPRO has effectivley dropped about 33%. Shareholders are getting less now than first proposed in Dec. That alone is another reason to say NO to this sham merger. The drop in AEZS's share price shows the true enthusiasm for this sham merger and how worthless the paper is. Let me guess that as the voting day approaches the share price may artificially inflate.
