RE:RE:RE:RE:Will questions be allowed? I have never met Mr O'Hara nor have any idea of his contributions to E3. I know that he has been a independent Director for a number of years, advises on compensation and that E3 seems to be progressing nicely while he has been on the Board. I assume that the Board values his contributions given his longevity.
I find the reaction to his selling shares after exercising options to be overblown.
That being said, if he continues to sell shares and attract negative attention, I think his term as a Director will not be extended.
