The Company’s principal business activity is the sourcing and exploration of mineral properties. Its properties include Bouboulou Property, Rakounga Gold Property, Dakuli II Property, Manzour Dayere Property, and Nianguela Property. The Bouboulou Property is located in Burkina Faso, West Africa. The Bouboulou Property concession features approximately five drill-tested zones of gold mineralization, named Koala, Rawema, Bouboulou 1, Bouboulou 2 and Pelatanga. The 250 square kilometer Rakounga Gold property is contiguous to the Company's Bouboulou gold concession, which is located in Burkina Faso, West Africa. The Dakuli II Property is an approximately 98 square kilometer concession adjacent to the Niangouela concession, bisected by the Sabce shear zone. The Company also has an option agreement to acquire approximately 90% interest Fofora gold project.

i talked with one of the company reps today ,,he said the listing is going forward and company is not dead ,,things are not favorable in burkna faso ,for western companies though ,, i suggested he send and envoy for the company to talk to the new presodent ,, and gold mines are no longer licensed and all will be under new terms blaise compare heped his friend steal the wealth with half gold going un reported ,, ibrahim traore is a geologist ,,and things will be changing for africa 4th largest gold producer ,,
