Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:RE:Pressure Pressure No doubt. Read that article and was going to post it but can only post so much. It is not only a U.S. problem.  it is far reaching, Europe, Japan and ??   Looks like a fair bit of provisioning coming if not already. Do all reits fall into high risk, no probably not but the old cliche of the baby getting thrown out with the bath water holds true here. Just a dark cloud over the sector as a whole. 

So  if there is a poster here that can't figure out why reits haven't outperformed take note of external pressure out there. There are always numerous factors, both micro and macro.
