RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:New interviewNo matter how much Agoracom is trying to pump up the fumed silica narrative, and I think my characterization is fair as it is partly their job, the truth of the matter is that most parties that have seen all this stuff and talked with Bernard, are probably waiting for firmed up economic results and pilot plant output.
They keep emphasizing how disruptive this is, how incredible the numbers are, how impressed all the people they talk to are, how little doubt there is that this stuff will pan out as expected, yet during the period of all these great news releases starting with the numbers mid January, the stock is around the same level and there had not been a day where more than half a million shares have traded. That to me does not indicate that all these players from the investment industry are buying the story like they are selling it to us.
And I fully understand and appreciate that. If I were Bernard, I would right size my narrative to this reality and bide my time until the results come out and let the investment community tell how great the story is for me. Let Agoracom pump it if they wish. Half a year to get the pilot plant going is not a long time to be humble and just maybe it will help in the future when he speaks of the other potential products. For many investors and the investment industry, successful lab tests and positive economic modelling are far from their first rodeo.
I think this is a fair assessment, and is certainly very supportable by the stock transaction metrics.
Folk here can certainly have an opportunity to take that gamble before larger players come in on more firmed up data and take their chances. I did so with my first investment here and I should have waited for a couple of years. I am good with taking a derisked approach. Plenty of upside for me if they deliver.
