RE:first magesticYes FM need new mine, it was clear, after Jerrit Canyon mine closure, I own both FM and SIL, and had shares of Silvercrest previous company that was sold to FM, I can say that Santa Elena is still great mine that has developed even more under FM, and that it was sold to FM too cheap....
I think SIL is too expensive for FM, lets say fair value is 1.5 B US, and that is too much for FM, maybe Im wrong, but think something around 200-500 M is max for FM, Asm, Slvr woud be great takover for FM, Asm 300 M Ag Eg, Slvr 150-200 M Ag Eq, and with capital that FM has, could develop both companies fast, both are cheap right now, with great resource and long mine life, but I think FM is looking for a company with active mine, which Slvr does not have,
