They are OPTIONS, Azaak.

MC and KL granted themselves millions of options at no cost to either of them.

Both have shown a strong aversion to ever purchasing shares and putting their own money on the line.

The primary reason for the massive destruction of shareholder wealth over the past two months is MC's refusal to exercise expiring options that were IN THE MONEY.
