Good points, but never said they didn't have funds. However, it's not a bad assumption given history. Lots of moving parts at this time. I'm not invested in HPQ. When I initiated my position in Pyro, I considered HPQ but decided to not invest. Essentially, the Pyro intetest accesses HPQ, while offering multiple commercialization opportunities.   

I have to think HPQ believes warrants will soon be in the money. I can only go by the PR but I think that mention of the acceleration clause in the PR is significant   

I'm just getting the feeling that big things are on the verge of happening. Just my opinion
