short report was right ceo fired immediealy, massive debt and shady merger with shady characters.....crazy how much $$$ was lost by shareholders in a very short time because of ex ceo and the merger.....new guy is taking over but looks like he was part of the merger as well.....still holding here and hoping for higher btc by april event other wise hut is in trouble....glta
