The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Is it just me?

This certainly doesn't seem like normal trading action with expected cuts starting sometime in Q2....wouldnt 8-10%+ reits being bid up a bit by then. Something stinks here and IM not sure what. But cleary no fund managers are excited about cycling money into these anytime soon
