Lets look at UEC price equivalent to UEX after the merge

Lets look at UEC price equivalent to UEX after the merge First 0.09 shares of your UEX  shares equal  your UEC shares.

UEC 52 week high is $8.34 usd convert to cdn = $11.23

 UEC 52 week high in cdn $11.23 x 0.09 =  UEX $1.0107

Poster plumena3 sound like he was bragging that he sold is UEX shares at  50+ cents a share on the open market because Denison & UEC was bidding for UEX in the high 47 cents a share & Sprott had  a $1+ target price on UEX, but UEX got to merge with UEC, I think for 48 or 49 cents a share.

Was that a good deal yes/no? yes he got a few more pennies selling all his UEX shares in the open market at 50+ cents a share than having his shares merge with UEC at 48 or 49 cents a share. However in the long run it was a bad deal,  because UEC price of 52 week high of $8.34 is equivalent to UEX = $1.0107 cdn.

200,000 uex shares x 50 cents UEX ( 51,52,53, 54 etc) = $100,000 UEX

200,000 uex shares merge into UEC X 0.09 = 18,000 UEC shares

18,000 uec shares  x $8.34 usd convert to cdn $11.23

18,000 uec shares x $11.23 =  $202,140 UEC

I knew poster plumi had no UEC shares based on the poster negative posting constantly thrashing UEC, from promoting stock market crash, to UEC should be shorted down to 97 cents a share, to UEC is overpriced, all those that sell their UEX shares on the open market at 50 or 50+ cents a share could have made more money by going into the merge into UEC by being patient & discipline.

Everytime UEC goes up it reminds him that he made the wrong decision, but instead of him being happy for all the shareholders that have shares he seem very bitter & jealous, & always wishing bad for us, free speech allow him/her to express themselves, & it also give me the freedom to use the ignore feature on the bullboard to block him.
