RE:option clarificationridethewinners,
You provided a accurate explanation of how the options issued were from treasury and how the equities investors impacting dilution resulting from such previously accounted for options issuance had already been factored into the total issued and outstanding GRA.T share count.
Your explanation regarding a window when directors can trade was also appreciated.
You stated "There are many reasons to sell shares, only one reason to buy them."
Obviously, Mr. Rocco Marinaccio simply didn't want to hang on to those shares derrived from the "privately undertake" exercising of the options in question.
Mr. Marinaccio had no reason to hold those $500,000.00 worth of NanoXplore shares, which tells us that he knows that another NanoXplore equities investors sandbagging is on the way.
Right on schedule leading up to and following each and every quarterly financials release, the share price get's hammered.
You stated "I think this increases the importance of full true and plain disclosure at the next quarterly release.
This company has some explaining to do, and I hope they put some effort into it.
Best of luck."
Don't hold your breath ridethewinners."The importance of full true and plain disclosure at the next quarterly release" isn't going to be helping the NanoXplore share price.
The only effort they are likely going to put into explaining this dumping of $500,000.00 worth of GRA.T shares just before Q2/2024 financials release, is the simple disclosure of such options issuance and the dumping of said amount of shares by Mr. Rocco Marinaccio.
I don't think any of the analysts attenting the conference call are going to be asking any questions about it either.
Alas, other than another round of NanoXplore share price destruction and the typical shorting of NanoXplore's shares, there is likely nothing to see here before April or sometime after the Canadian Federal Government's spring budget.
Perhaps the normal course issuer bid is for what is coming, in terms of the usual share price destruction which takes place leading up to and following any NanoXplore quarterly financials release.
It's absolutely disgusting.
I don't believe in "luck" ridethewinners
