RE:That is great news and I'll tell you why....It went right over their heads, lol!
In my opinion, given the appointment of Gen. Albert C, Zapanta as Senior Advisor to the NGC board of directors, we are that much closer to U.S. Government grants and loans flowing into Graphex Technologies LLC, this just as soon as that sale of 100% of said company by Graphex Group Holdings Ltd is completed with the stakeholders represented by that NASDAQ listed SPAC.
You could be asking how does Graphex Technologies LLC have anything to do with Northern Graphite Corporation?
It's all about proprietary technological capabilities which Graphex Technologies LLC holds and which Northern Graphite Corporation would greatly be benefiting from once the sale of 100% of Graphex Technologies LLC is completed with the presently NASDAQ listed SPAC vehicle.
The "PorocarbTM" High-performance porous hard carbon anode coating additive material being combined with Graphex Technologies LLC anode's manufacturing capabilities seems to be part of the plan here with Northern Graphite Corporation.
By the way, has anybody bothered to try to discover whom the stakeholders financing that NASDAQ-listed SPAC are?
Remember that just as Edgewater Capital Partners was employed to "front" the purchase of NeoGraf Solutions LLC, perhaps it's a company "fronting" the 100% purchase of Graphex Technologies LLC?
When Heraeus Group was introduced to the mix here with NGC, you know that major fiscal capabilities were also unleashed well in advance before such an introduction of Heraeus to Northern Graphite Corporation was publicly disseminated.
Some company in particular has plans to consolidate unto itself a whole wack of capabilities and assets having to do with gaining exclusive access to strategic elements graphite reserves, "PorocarbTM", the proprietary technological capabilities held by Graphex Technologies LLC and the option to purchase part of or the entirety of the equity of NeoGraf Solutions LLC.
Savvy?
