RE:RE:Any new dividend stocks flamigogold? Also EXE has gone below $7 again. I have owned this one for years and it never stopped paying during covid despite how hard hit nursing homes were. I will be a dip buyer for more if it falls below $6.50 and double down below $6.

Overall markets are lofty, we may get the typical March mania selloff so that could be a time to pull the buy trigger.

I also own some BEPR, another Brompton product. It's mostly US and if you are in the camp that rates have levelled off and may dip then it may be on its way back up. Still under $9 and long term it's $10+. Both are snooze fest equities but I'm buying for the steady divs and the cap appreciation is a bonus.

Last year my portfolio was down about 20% but in last few months a made it all back now up about  6-15% over four accounts . In mean time collecting dividends. So far so good.
