Contrary to another posterThe activist fund that owns NWH said for many times they were interested in taking the UK porfolio to the deleveraging....I assume they would offer close to NAV.  In addition september PR indicated they had solicited and unsolicited offers for UK/US/Brazil porflios, and other reits have sold retail/office in the fall at a decent cap rate.   They do have options, to secure the balance sheet.  Dont necessarily require  a big macro rebound.
