Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). Not to mention myocarditis.

Several studies have shown that treatments with PMX benefits these patients ( lowers mortality)

I'll try to find the latest and post it.

Myocarditis is inflammation of the heart muscle and pericarditis is inflammation of the lining outside of the heart. In both cases, the body's immune system is causing inflammation in response to an infection or some other trigger.

There are 1.5 million cases of myocarditis in the world each year.
