RE:re : optionsNanoXplore is definitely not a small part of my equities investment portfolio.
Much more than 25% of my net worth has been invested in NanoXplore shares.
Even with all the capital I've placed toward purchasing my existing GRA.T equity investment position, my DCA is still greatly underwater.
It seems not many institutional investments professionals want to go anywhere near NanoXplore right now. After all, you know what is said by institutional investments professionals about certain companies that are presently know to "the street" as being where you send your money off to die a slow death?
You stated "I do not sense any grand plan to confuse or disadvantage shareholders here, and the last few news announcements have shown good contracts that will benefit the company. "
Sure, the last few news releases were positive and the most recent press release spoke of an additional $2 Million in expected revenues this year from the Graphene BlackTM" SMC products line and anywhere from $2 Million to $2.5 Million in additional revenues per quarter for the entire year of 2025, as derived from just one of NanoXplore's "Graphene BlackTM" SMC products purchasing customer alone.
We understand that even before that revenue is booked during this year and throughout 2025, it's already been accounted for to be expensed.
You may want to wait to see and hear "what management has to say, and how they say it.".
As for myyself, I'm looking to exit. Like I said, this group of NanoXplore officers and directors simply don't present as having any true appreciation for long downtrodden NanoXplore equities investors.
Perhaps some people get off on sending NanoXplore "minority" shareholders the wrong way?
I had that comment/question about the remaining $150 Million of capital, which was needed to complete the securing of $500 Million worth of required capital for the VoltaXplore build, perhaps being attained by way of NanoXplore equity issuance?
He answered directly to such a question.
He better not have led me astray by telling me that all capital financing for the VoltaXplore 2GWHh capacity build would be sourced outside of NanoXplore and that NanoXplore was not contemplating nor preparing a equity issuance to cover any portion of said build.
The question I have is whether he bald-faced lied to me and whether a $150 Million NanoXplore equity issuance is exactly what is about to be told to NanoXplore shareholders by way of the coming quarterly financial report and during the Q2/2024 conference call?
He is know for dropping such kinds of NanoXplore share price destructive bombs during NanoXplore conference calls.
The last time he intentionally did so, everybody and their uncles sold their NanoXplore shares and just never looked back; and by everybody and their uncles I mean both a huge swath of retail NanoXplore shareholders and "institutional" investments managers represented GRA.T shareholders as well.
You are correct ridethewinners, on the face of it NanoXplore simply doesn't have enough liquid cash with which to fend off a massive short attack by way of the NCIB.
Let him drop another NanoXplore share price destructive bomb and actually spook the NanoXplore equity investments community with something he either says or simply does not say by way of the Q2/2024 fianancial report or during the conference call. If he does, he won't be able to hold back the feast which the institutional investments managers and their clients unleash in selling short NanoXplore shares.
