I'm down 70% with that play... what do you think about the management?
--------------------------------
I don't personally know management, and have never met them.
I don't agree with some of their financial decisions or strategies over the last 18 months or so. But I was never in their position.
The last drill program, the biggest in history, in my opinion turned out to be a dud. A waste of money, and actually hurt the company in terms of any expanding positions. I don't blame them, and am sure that they made what they thought were the best decisions to increase the what I will call footprint of where the gold could be.
I don't think that there was any malice intended.
Now... what do I think of management? Well, I am about the same age and went into mechanical engineering. Because electrical was going to be too much work. There was civil, computer, industrial, etc etc. Geological engineering was a great degree. But it was a degree that was more about being able to study than for example understand comples ideas. As for financials, being a CFO for a less than junior company, should really not be a full time job in my opinion. So with those two points stated, I think that management is way over paid.
Fundraising decisions the last couple of years to me would be concerning.
Picking drill targets, some people have a knack for it and some not so much. If I had to choose between current management and GoldNHill.... I would pick GoldNHil for the next round.
Meanwhile, management are sitting pretty. I am not a huge supporter of them, and I really don't think that they bring much value to the company.
