RE:RE:re optoinsHi 1Student:
Seems to me that Rocco continues to hold about
205,000 GRA shares. To exercise and hold these expiring 680,000 option shares would have required almost $1 million cash. With the share price at a level that precludes many sources offering margin, that is a lot of cash for a working stiff. So if he was able to find a buyer for his option shares and make a large chunk of change, what's the problem.
In fact , given the transaction appears to be within 30 days of Q2 results, and if these results somewhat positive, he might be under suspicion of having insider information. Of course, the oppossite might also be true, that he knows bad news coming, but were that the case would he not reduce his 205,000 position?
In any case, I notice that others have exercised their options and apparently are content to keep the shares purchased through their options.... a sign of confidence ...perhaps ?
In any case, it also seems to me that if you unhappy with 25% of your holdings in GRA , by all means reduce your position......but you don't have much time - 2.5 days by my reckoning, if you haven't unloaded by now.
Good luck, and rest easy.
