Its Ravensthorpe Nickel Operation is an open pit mine and primary processing plant located in the southwest of Western Australia.

RE:2 months, no decision from Panama Supreme Court

They decided the contract was inot legal several months ago. First Quantum closed the mine last December. At present, except for operators holding valid permits, no metals mining is permitted in Panama until further notce and the present valid operators permits will not be renewed. For all intents and purposes mining is a no go unless the law changes..
