There is a nut-job poster on Agoracom who has absolutely nothing to do but
post. He/she/it apparently does not even view B.T's videos.
The pilot plant financing is layed out, including the governments funding over
60% via grants.
Perhaps this poster should go elsewhere, as HPQ is going to prove him/her/it wrong.
