Pretty sure that's still in place but a quick Google search on "CC Pharma Tilray Brands" would likely land something to confirm.

A Search on "Aphria Tilray merger" should pop up all the chatter / articles from back in the day when it happened. Those articles will likely provide insight to the most important advantages / reasons why it took place
