Debt …

Debt …Debt can be a good thing ...the best use of funds is to buy cheap assets. Or pay down debt ...the debt just have to match the liabilities ....raise rents a touch .....when forced to sell assets it's like shooting your sel in the foot ...I see the manipulation going on here as  the sharks ...trying to shake out weak hands .....I may pick up some more tomorrow if it keeps dropping ...very good price to net assets ....they could cut div again if need be ....Nwh.un is not going away ....
