Description This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is issued by Ontario Health as an invitation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of a full managed Remote Care Management (RCM) solution to replace its current solution and support the business and clinical requirements of Ontario Health’s growing Telehomecare (THC) program and other new initiatives.
Solution shall include, Software as a Service (SaaS), Hardware as a Service (HaaS) and Logistics as a Service (LaaS).
The successful Proponent will cooperate with Ontario Health and Healthcare Organizations in Ontario, as required to deliver an end-to-end RCM service including asset management, connectivity from the patient home, and home installation, in every part of the province.
