Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

I like the sound of that. For now I am just looking for this CPI tomorrow to spare a broad-based sell off so the REIT earnings outperformers can rally. The feds time to get results is up. Rates have been in restritive territory (>4%) for well over a year now. This is ridiculous. Either show results or find a new tool to combat this mystical scary monster inflation
