RE:Purchase sharesOH isn't that nice, Mr Brige, one of our directors, decides after two years of being at the helm overseeing capital market disaster after capital market disaster and managerial incompetence... he would like to now step in a drop some bucks and pick up shares at all time cheap, cheap lows. The lows he has been personally responsible from the beginning for overseeing and creating...it even gets better...being an insider he knows of insider information re the company, any potential deals with partners, or potenital government funding etc...he knows the whens and wheres and the hows...obviously none of us do, but he does.
So Mr Birge, after being part of the problem and personally overseeing our share price destruction over the last two years, having access to insider and potentially near term company catalysts, gets to potentially benefit from both side of the equation.
Bravo to Mr. Birge, well done. Lets see now if we get any really big news in the near term so Mr. Birge can confidently buy his shares with no risk while the rest of us already drowning in red, not having his privilege, must continue to sit on the sidelines waiting for something other than insider buying to inspire confidence in this management group.
What a system. The rich get richer because they create the environment to benefit from their own 52 week low failures...but we the retail shareholders take on all the risk.
Where were our insiders buying stock at .65? .50? .40? Must they wait for all time lows to support the stock?
Really inpsiring Mr Birge, thanx for nohting.
Good luck with your position.
