offerThe review commitee recieved an offer and recommended to the board to refuse it in the best interest of the corporation.  As a very long time and substantial shareholder I am not happy.  There is no one out there who knows what is in my best interest more than I do.  Why were we not the ones to accept or refuse the offer?  Next agm my votes will go against each and everone of the board members.
