Theory of full cert is supported by few facts: peter always wants to underpromise but overdeliver, timelines are well due for designation, peter talks about only now being ready "story" wise and also they have picked up the production and workforce only recently to cope with possible peak in demand.

I am sure we will be happy with designation too. Good to hear this matter should be sorted in few weeks. And great that 17m rev estimate doesnt take dhs into account.
