TD Securities raised Aritzia price target to $45 from $34

TD Securities raised its price target on Aritzia Inc. (ATZ.TO) to $45 from $34 on Wednesday.

Analyst Brian Morrison maintained a Buy rating on shares of the Vancouver-based women's fashion brand.

"Our December upgrade was based on the view that the lowering of F2025 financial expectations had overshot to the downside," Morrison said in a note to clients.

"Although management was late to invest in refreshing its product offering and digital media initiatives following the pandemic, it appears to have laid the groundwork for these, and square footage growth, to be revenue drivers in F2025," the analyst said.

"The product refresh acceptance remains early to decipher, but investments made to improve its margin profile appear on track," Morrison said.

"We believe the F2025 consensus forecast remains conservative, and these drivers may lead to future upward revisions."
