I am shocked !The revelation of the news that the debtor can not keep their scheduled payments to Eguana must of come as a true shock only a couple weeks after agreeing to a payment schedule.
This new news of course comes from a relationship where communication is done almost daily.
They are answering your phones after all, they must be close at hand.
Eguana's phones have never been answered in any case. They could have saves a few bucks on the phone bill by having it canceled. Pizza could have been ordered on somebody cel phone. If you wanted to see and know there was an actual company you had to get yourself to Calgary and actually walk through the front door to see for yourself if there were any ants in the hill .
Holland and the board are truly PATHETIC is all I can say. But then he and they already know this.
He Holland was instrumental in the build of many units and stuffed these into DPC to get numbers on the Q5 2022.
DPC I believe are not overly culpable for these receivables.
Market tanked just when the parade music began in a black cloud of rain.
How much does it pay to answer phones these days. I bet a bunch.
However, the Company has learned that the key customer is experiencing the same industry pressures as Eguana, including a liquidity shortfall. As a result, delays and/or shortfalls on the fixed payment schedule have occurred and are anticipated to continue to occur.
