So, how about my corporation waits, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years.... before corporation does what I said before????     

It's all about CONTROL..... not TIME, not if it's a corporation, not if it's a subsidary, not to save on reporting.


All just my opinion/view/thinking/guessing
