I agree with you, that somebody is buying Ucore,  But as my dad would say, the sixty four thousand dollar question is who?  Insiders looking to lock in more shares before a PR about funding?  One person or a got of people looking to get in on Ucore.  Hedge funds, Mutual funds, or Insursure companies?  Can they even buy Ucore?  But the one I worry the most about is China buying in, building a position.  They did it with Vital Metals.  Could they be trying to do the same to Ucore?
All I know for sure is that the volume of buying has increased two to three times normal in the last couple of weeks.
