otherwise discussions can be non ending in the meantime

I just need my proxy so I can vote NO. Based on the track record of management destruction at both companies and my knowledge of Gilles failures (both at AEZS and CZO), and essentially the takeover of CEAPRO at below liquidation value there's nothing in the package to convince me otherwise. Don't kid yourself, they can't even send out the proxy and info circular in a timely manner.
