RE:PDAC is happening, is NeoGraf?GripnRip,
What NeoGraf Solutions LLC purchase?
Pay attention now GripnRip.
As per Hugues Jacquemin, "interested parties" on behalf of NGC had the principals over at Edgewater Capital Partners "front" the purchase of NeoGraf Solutions LLC from Aterian Investment Partners; doing so in order to have NGC secure the very option to purchase a portion of or the entirety of NeoGraf Solutions LLC equity control.
Have you, GripnRip, bothered to ask yourself whether the actual transfer of that now nearer to twice expired "NeoGraf option" in question was actually part of the reasoning which allowed Germany's Heraeus Group principals to finally:
1. consent to the sale to NGC of Heraeus Group's Battery Materials Group R&D division
2. agree to the granting of a comprehensive IP license for the "PorocarbTM" product to NGC
3. provide the negotiated utilization by NGC of a 100 tpa capacity pilot scale "PorocarbTM" product manufacturing facility?
All this capability has now been funneled into Northern Graphite Corporation; and yet, the question still remains.
Which "interested parties" have been pulling the strings attached to "The Missionaries On Assignment" here at Northern Graphite Corporation and had such "interested parties" long ago been highly interested in reacquiring the 100% control of and specific U.S. based use of the very IP technologies now residing within Graphex Technologies LLC and also acquiring the entirety of NeoGraf Solutions LLC?
Have you yet to ask yourselves whom the very consolidator of all these would be integrated assets and capabilities - from graphite mines to a plethora of graphite and graphene enhanced value-add products - most definitely is?
A certain company delisted it's ADRs from trading at the NYSE during 2007.
You may want to ask yourselves whether that same company's principals have been busy angling for 100% control of NeoGraf Solutions LLC, angling for 100% equity control of Graphex Technologies LLC assets and angling to combine all that Northern Graphite Corporation now has on offer with said corporate entities?
That's correct GripnRip. Such a company delisted it's ADRs from trading at the NYSE during 2007 and is perhaps now seeking to go about reconstituting a certain U.S "Championed" combined corporate entity under a NASDAQ listed SPAC during 2024.
