RE:RE:RE:WOW they upped the offering by 2 mlns shares. HUGE DEMAND ORIf the market was waiting for a financing that may have limited the upward move. Now that the finanicng has been priced in the market has to focus on the next royalty acquisition and potential dividend increase. A lot has to do with interest rates. If interest rates go down this is where you want to be given the yield.

I see DIV really moving once we inflation wrangled and rates come down. Even 1/4 point rate cut would get this stock going.
