Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. is a Canada-based independent renewable power producer. Just to add more, their debt is too high

So even if you promote the sale, it will be difficult because nobody would like to assume this high debt.
it leaves them with no option or minimum which is selling asset to reduce the debt, manage the cost , cut back on people, shrinking the asset to survive. 

Sad for a business segment which is supposed to be the future. And they will say that they did not see this coming.... really, 
now just watch the next quarter and the call to reduce the dividend, stock to dive even more.
