They have never reported on the lawsuit except to state (in a MD&A) that they had hired a local lawyer. That was many years ago. They have never FOR SURE received any money from that lawsuit ($12M I think it was) and we never had an update.

Prider: The Serbs have no deadline to review the license application. Tim stated that it would take around 2 months.
