While I think it is a good candtitate to go private, mostly because it could be picked up by Inovalis S.A. as the asset manager pretty cheap, the blackout is just due to the financial results. 

Most public companies start their blackout around the period end until the release of financial statements, we are still waiting on the year ended December 31, 2023 so anything outside of preannounced automatic sales/buys would be under blackout.
